Cousins

In blue skies
Where memories give hugs;
Echoes,
Laughter in the distance.

Was it all a dream?

The borrowed seasons,
So tightly wrapped in a friendship,
Only family could share.
Tell me again of daffodils
And daddy longlegs;
Childish secrets and kidish fun.

Tell me,
What now is different?
Ask, with a child’s inquisition.

Very nice. Life is so different today for children. They need lots of fun.
Love and hugs.
